Harding I bought this book because my sister has cancer and I thought it would help me understand the process so that I could help her. Or rather, what should I do to help her? This book gave me a lot of insights and I created a list of things to ask and thing for me to do from this book. The scientific information towards the back of the book was really informative. About the Author Hi, I'm Sasha,I love anything books, along with cats, yoga and jogging when I find the time.I write Chick lit novels with a twist! They're Chick lit style with a hint of darkness. I write in first person as I find it much easier to get into character and tell their story that way. I try to create characters that are just everyday young women so hopefully everyone can find something about their personality or life that they can relate to and fall in love with them as much as I have while writing about them.I live in Barnsley and work full time in the finance industry but write in my spare time allowing my imagination to have a whole lot of freedom as I write Chick lit novels.I grew up in a small village and my writing came from always daydreaming about living somewhere exciting and doing something different. When I was about thirteen my friend and I used to write stories on her computer (which was really old and basic back then!). We wrote about boys and being grown up. It was probably just overactive teenage imaginations but I was hooked on story telling from then on! I didn't dare believe that people from where I came from could ever achieve anything as exciting as writing a book. I'm glad I proved myself wrong..

A world I identified with immediately in the opening lines.****‘I think tonight might be the night.’ I bounce childishly in my chair, nearly knocking over my skinny cappuccino as I barely contain my excitement.‘Okay, talk me through it. What exactly did he say?’ My best friend Sophie stares at me, a captive audience, patiently waiting for my response.****Great dialogue and no drawn out descriptive lead in for me to skip through. This story catapulted me straight into Emma’s thoughts and feelings and as a reader, I’m right there with Sophie, dying to know what’s coming next. There’s something about stories told through the eyes of the characters, that gets me in every time. This one has the feel of a movie as I am immediately drawn to both Emma and Sophie’s real and relatable personalities.It’s much more than a love story as Emma’s life is far from predictable. An apt title and a very well written enjoyable read I can highly recommend to lovers of women’s fiction. Get your imagination and emotions ready to roll, and throw yourself head on into this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Rating amended. (Long-touch, not tapping.)I snagged all of these in the series today, but guess what? I'd thought the paintings would render beautifully on my 8.9" Fire. Yeah, no. There's about 8 words of text for each painting, which are literally about 1.5 inches square, and a bunch of blank page.I wanted to use these as a teaching aid, but the images are far too tiny. So sad; neat books.

Rembrandt (which we had just seen) and Vermeer are heavy on the portraits although many of Vermeer's paintings appear to be of people engaged in an activity whether it be a trade or for pleasure.There was an occasional street scape or landscape like "View of Delft" to change it up some. Time to find some Klimt paintings next. And if you are curious as to how our pretend trip began please start at da Vinci if you like.

By Daniel J Walton Now let me say up front that I was gifted this book, so I am not a 'Verified Purchaser,' but none the less I haveread this book(actually two times). I was blown away by what the authors described on their visits to thehigher planes and their conversations with Ancient Masters! It made me want to wake up from my dream existenceand start visiting these higher realms right now! I'm not talking about astral projection, this describes more than that—andmore than Lucid Dreaming, and other astral experiences.They could have just described these experiences and that in itself would have been entertaining, but they both go beyond thatin telling how to have them yourself!Thank you for writing this book and I am sure I'll be reading this many times of the coming years!

Cadiz Easy reading, very good reference. I had deal with these patients for 30 years and I had not read a source so nicely written about these patients.You must had and read it,I was so impresed, of the information, and the way is was done, that I read easily in a weekend, and I do not like to read a lot.

If the answer is “No” to either of these I might want to read a new book giving me a whole new look at how we humans are hard-wired to interact with others. Including in our jobs. And learn about how and WHY we can change. For that we can thank hundreds of people and horses. Oh, and one great mentor, Monty Roberts, world recognized as the “Man Who Listens to Horses.” From horses Monty learned that trust-based relationships are critical to success.
