The first part of the book gives detailed content of what is a Mediterranean Diet and its history. It provides information of Good and Bad fats which we are really must be conscious in the amount of fats that our body can intake. This book gives deeper understanding of the different oils that I can use while on the Mediterranean Diet. I really love that it contains topic which differentiate the needs of men and women as opposite gender has different body structures.At the end I learned that Mediterranean Diet is not only a diet at all but it can transform a healthy way of living. Thus going through Mediterranean Diet will really provide healthy, quick and easy way of losing weight and transforming a healthy life.

By Kristy I've never tried Mediterranean diet before so I thought it would be interesting in trying it out. This book is a comprehensive guide to the Mediterranean diet, it does not have recipes in it; however, I have learned a lot about the history and fundamentals of this healthy lifestyle and some interesting facts about olive oil that I had no idea until reading this book. This book comes in handy for us to get a healthier lifestyle.
