By C M Anderson And, man does it smart when you stop getting those "Christmas presents in May, June, July etcetera". However, I don't do it necessarily to please only myself, but my daughter as well. I was neglected and made to feel inferior to my younger sister. It is still happening. I feel this book really held a mirror up to my face. I have come such a long way to stop shopping. But, there is always the sporadic relapse. I know I have to restart all over again. It is improving more and more. This book showed me a side of myself that I really don't want to face. It helps not only that I am/was a shopaholic but why I am programmed WRONG.

NOT A REAL BOOK: 51 Pages of Non-Helpfulness By mlmglt This book is 51 pages long, and 90% of it just goes over what anyone with a shopping problem already knows: that they have a shopping problem. I'm completely miffed by the 5-star reviews. This book was not helpful at all, and it contained several writing errors. I would not recommend this. This is an essay, not a real book.
