It explains clearly what insomnia is and how you can naturally sleep better. The author presents the symptoms and causes of insomnia, what you can do to beat sleep-disruting habits, deal with anxiety, relaxing yourself to sleep, natural supplement to help you sleep, and achieving peaceful sleep through chants. I enjoyed this short and straight to the point book. I definitively will use some of the tips about relaxing myself to sleep. Well worth reading.
