By Samantha Travis I really enjoy learning more and more about this religion, its one of the most well known around the globe and hearing its history is very exciting. The book talks about its roots and the purpose of this religion, I believe that Buddhism helps you become calmer and have a steady mindset. I admire the culture and the philosophy it brings.

By Alexandra Second book I bought for Buddhism, didnt like it as much as the first book I got about the same topic, I had to say that this book is good for the light readers who would prefer something more straight to the point type of reading

This book gives directions on how to incorporate Buddhism into ones life and gain mindfulness and happiness through it By Ulrich This is a book that anyone can get much advice about life for themselves. But I feel that this will be most suitable for those who are seeking to further their understanding of life through Buddhism. I really can't put into words how insightful and helpful this book is to me. This book gives directions on how to incorporate Buddhism into ones life and gain mindfulness and happiness through it. Through that task, this book explains in detailed but also in an easy-to-understand manner, many aspects of the Buddhist religion. Particularly the Four Noble Truths, Karma and a really good quote from Dalai Lama. From here and there, I gathered some other things too, such as the Jataka stories. They were not included here, so this is not a comprehensive book, but is totally worth my time and money.
