By Jen Wood I bought this book because I wanted to tone my body , after having my baby I needed to get back into shape, This book has been extremely helpful , the author has written content that is simple and easy to follow and very doable. I enjoyed reading the various foods that can assist you to get healthy while shedding the fat such as brown rice and cantaloupe . The author was thoughtful to dedicate a section to women and I was ecstatic to have learnt that squats can do wonders for me as a woman. I enjoyed this book!!!

The thing I liked most about this book besides the easy and delicious recipes, the exercise charts and the nutrition facts is that it dedicates a different chapter to men and another to women with specific details for each of their needs as a gender. This book is the perfect guide to achieving lean muscle and looking your best.If you want to If you really want to tone up and stay fit, I recommend this book without a doubt!
