2 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Tables Not Readable in Kindle Version By Dr Thomas Scotton The tables in the Kindle Version were for the most part unreadable. When I contacted Elsevier, the publisher I was told that I would have to purchase another version in order to get readable tables. I think the publisher should make the tables available on line so that the purchasers of the Kindle Version can get the full value of the book. This definitely will affect my future purchases from this publisher.
