1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. I'm glad that I purchased By Bibi Kaj I like to read. Lately, I've found myself developing bad habit. I'll find myself looking at the price of a book and the at the amount of pages. In my mind a calculation takes place where I compare the amount of pages to price. As a result of this mental calculation, I almost skipped this book. I was intrigued by the title and the reviews but at 27 pages it seemed short. However, after spending some time with this book, I'm glad that I purchased it.

Self discipline is required to go to practice and train for countless hours. Personally when it comes to training, I lose focus and become demotivated because of unnecessary thoughts that distract me during training. Luckily I read this book which provides proven tricks to help me overcome these mental distractions and help me get back on track during training. What I appreciate the most in the book aside from being easy to read, are the tips provided especially those in chapter one about decluttering the mind and those in chapter four about writing to help get rid of emotions such as anger and sadness. I am glad I read this book because it helped me become mentally stronger as well as improve my overall discipline as an athlete.

I am a very busy career woman and I tend to be very stressed mentally, physically and sometimes even emotionally. My life is always packed with work and personal problems that I forget to take care of myself. I, basically, feel that I have lost control of my life. I knew I needed balance so I can get some stuff off my head. This book has taught me self-discipline and how to put my life back together. I love the activities provided in this book and they certainly have good effects on me. I highly recommend this book!
