Sage, whose is on the journey to become whole after living through devastating physical and mental abuse that follows her from childhood, finds help through the love of her friends and family, some of who are going through life struggles of their own. Sage’s story is told with humor, thoughtfulness, and sometimes brutal honesty. The supporting characters are richly drawn and full of life. I look forward to Cassandra Miller’s next book!

By Maxine This very well written novel follows Sage as she discovers who she is and endures life's hardships, as well as love, along the way. It's an absolute page-turner once you begin reading and you will find this book hard to put down as the author describes in detail, views, moods, and sceneries following through Sage's life events. You find yourself totally immersed and genuinely caring for such a charasmatic young woman, looking foward to learning where her life will taking her.
